Napoleonic Dragoon in campaign dress. I pushed myself to take the weathering further than I usually do. I wanted to show that this guy has been through a rough day.

    Had the same feeling as Sash had. First - from the small preview - I was like up to see a beautiful painted napoleonic guy but after opening it up and having a closer look he comes alive. The subtile dirt and lifelike colours turn this one into a true, athmospheric beauty.

    As usual outstanding work David. For a lot of artists the pictures usually are better then in flesh, but having seen your pieces up close at Nova and such I can say that this picture probably does not even do all of the justice that this piece deserves. Bravo on another great piece.
