This bust is from Heroes & Villains Miniatures, a fairly new company from Spain. The sculpting is done by Raul Garcia Latorre.
I had the honor to use this bust for the very first painting demo of this company, at the Scale Model Challenge 2012 in Holland.

A great piece to paint which I can highly recommend.
