This was the piece that I was goingt o do for the UK Golden Demon last year, but left on the train (I took it to Koln for some demo painting at the German GD) .... By the time I got it back I'd sort of lost the thread of what I wanted to do with the piece, but finished it regardless, and I think it suffered a little because of that.

All that said I think it's ok and I quite like the base which I think is rather effective for a simple piece of wood that didn't need any crafting at all, the paint is applied directly to the wood.

Having just picked up the scale 75 metallic paints and inks, I'm tempted to re-vist this piece and tweak it, not something I normally do, but I think a couple of areas could do with a little more attention.
