A followup to my last piece--Velma.

The Lunars, blessed by the ever changing (and probably mad) Goddess Luna, are enigmatic shapeshifters. By drinking the heart blood of a human or an animal, they can take their form onto theirs. They bear mystical moonsilver tattoos to resist shapechanging magics, honor their castes, and to look super badass. All bear a mark of Luna's, a small tell of their mystical bearing that is almost impossible to completely obscure. Be it a ever present hairiness, a strong musk, or their eyes turning oblong in the dark, there is always a tell of Luna's blessing. One can never know for certain if those who walk in the night are simply lost, or on the prowl for prey. Only the children of Luna know, and the children of Luna do not say...
