here is my new Diorama: Owlbear Island
I combined models from different sculptors and rescaled them so that they fit properly together. I printed around 300 models for this project. Around 140 of those made it to the final diorama. I like to print them in different sizes to get a nice choice so that I can make tests and see what fits best.
For the scale I took again a very small scale. The dwarf model is around 16mm so it's around a 1/90 scale (half of the size of usual Tabletop models). That allows me to build bigger landscapes in the scene without creating huge diorama dimensions.
From all my projects this one got the most complex seaground with many, sea stars, coral reefs, sea hedgehogs, corals and many fine plants in the sea. I add a WIP shot in the pictures aswell. I also invested a lot of time in the rocks to get interesting color variations. And as most of the times I added different vegetation as finish to bring everything together.
