In this interpretation, the Scribe imagines a little boy coming to life, and draws this scene in his book. The scene is inspired by father and son model from KDM. The mural behind the Scribe represents the boy's future and impossible challenges. There that boy is facing Gorm – another creature from KDM.

The Scribe is curious to follow his creations, but he has no emotions, he is merely an observer. In my customer's vision the lanterns' lights glow with different colours – emotions the survivors experience during their lives. So the Scribe is essentially colourless and the colours we seen on him are only those of the lanterns around him. There are parts of him that are almost untouched by the light, void of life and emotion, his skin cracks and turns into stone.
