If you ever watched the Ridley Scott movie’s 'The Duellists', you should know that the idea comes from a true story. One of the two main characters (Harvey Keitel to be right) is the miniature I humbled tried to represent doing my best.
It comes from the outstanding hands of Gringo40s incredible sculptors: a real work of art.
It shows Brigade General Fournier-Sarloveze as depicted by the famous paint of Baron Gros. I based him under a winter tree instead of a whole battlefield… weird is that he was a General of Dragons but his uniform is fully in Hussar's style!
Just for sake of curiosity, this very General was deprived of his rank after a verbal quarrel with Napoleon.
