This is an old Pegaso piece and a learning project for me as this was the first time I used oil paints over acrylic base on the face, surcoat and metal parts. Heraldry is portrayed after the coat of arms of the Hungarian feudal clan, Osl. I imagined this gentleman calling out another gentleman from the lines of the foe to a heated encounter.
