This project is the first project I´ve done after leave miniatures as a job...this project is the first project made for me and my cabinet after more than 7 years painting for others...this project is made after lost someone important for me...this project is the first I painted in one year where I left almost everything related with miniatures...this project...and for the firs time...is ME, completely ME.

I made this project after, probably, the worst year of my life. and this project helped me to do the first and big step to come back to paint miniatures. Was the hardest project I´ve done in my life in any sense and Im really proud about it. I made this project for me and come to one of the places where I feel more comfortable in the world after my house. Monte san savino. And I cant be more grateful to all the people who left me their feedback about the project, their feelings, irl, by messages...I felt a strong love from almost everyone amd this give me strong to continue this travel because IM NOT ALONE, you are not alone if you are reading this and you felt or you are feeling the same YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

This piece wont be possible without the amazing sculpt from Victor Aguilar and the fantastic print and carving in the plinths from Juan. THANK YOU. you helped me to continue.

And the most important, my family, my partners in my life. My wife and my two daugthers. Thank you for being here even though everything has been so difficult.
