My first bust - initially started up using Tamiya enamels .... but as I struggled too much with previous layers of paint being reactivated when I brushed on new layers, I decided to switch to acrylics .... using a mix of AK 3rd Gen, Army Painter Fanatics and Nocturna Colors.
Finished on a beuatiful base made by Jacob Hederstierna-Johnsen.
The markings I painted on the skull, should (to my knowledge) be the Slavic runes for Earth and Life .... which I felt was an interesting contrast to the dead piece of tree on the base ....... and I also just liked the mirrored symmetry of the runes :)
