35mm Lancelot du Lac from BigChild Creatives.

After painting a bunch of busts and 75mm figures it was time to pick up something smaller. I definitely found it a challenge with the scale difference, and how much smaller the details are in comparison. That said, I wanted to try to approach the figure the same way I would something larger to see how it would go.

Fairly happy with the result considering this scale I'd normally just be doing quick paint jobs for tabletop armies. Probably something I should do more often to keep mixing things up!

    Nice work! Great atmosphere and setting. I really like that the bow sting is a little frayed, nice touch.

      Thanks! I was aiming for a natural hemp bowstring so tried to have some fraying to show the fibres without being too messy. I found that a tricky thing to balance so it’s nice to hear that you like it :)
