My version of "Nightfeather" - the academic bust by Owlsome Creations.

I really wanted to achieve checkered pattern on his cloak and I'm glad that I attempted to do so.
It was a pleasure to paint this bust. It was a great exercise for NMM and using different textures.

I would love to get some constructive critisism from all of you guys.

    Great job! So clean and well-defined squares, eyes ang feathers presented with soft calm colors are really make the bust so natural and vivid! Metal colors and gradients are just fit it as if an owl in the armor is a common thing that I can see in my window every night! I like it a lot and vote gold!
