Hi there!!

After a significant hiatus dedicated to personal growth and honing my craft, I'm thrilled to announce that I'm finally back! During this time, I've delved deep into my passion for miniature painting, pushing the boundaries of my skills and exploring new techniques.

One of the highlights of my return is this incredible paint job I've completed on a miniature from Aradia Miniatures from their amazing kickstarter go visit their amazing Kickstarter.

The journey of painting this piece has been nothing short of exhilarating, presenting both challenges and triumphs that have enriched my artistic journey. I'm particularly excited to share that I've been actively involved in Aradia Miniatures' extraordinary Kickstarter campaign for "Hermetica: The Mystery of the Rosicrucians". Being a part of their creative process has been inspiring and rewarding, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to contribute.

Moving forward, I'm committed to sharing more of my work with you all on a more regular basis. Your support and encouragement mean the world to me, and I can't wait to embark on this next chapter of creativity together.

cheers!!!

A lot of things going on on this big piece. If you look at each piece in single it works, if you look how they combine with eachother it does not work as good as the single pieces do. It is great to see you back on the brush, this is most important. And exploring all the techniques and pushing boundaries of your skills is a great achievement. It is achieved here and I like many aspects of your paintjob. My tip for future projects to keep them a bit more readable and balanced is to focus on just two or three effects and experiments while trying to keep them balanced and connected to eachother. I do not mean this as any offence, I just think you will enjoy your results much more.

For example, most significant is the intense glow of the fire and green osl during daylight. This makes no sense. Of course it is Fantasy, I understand, but the OSLs will work much better if you light a light in a darker ambient. Go outside at noon, light a torch and make a photo of you. You will see how it does not influance you at all. Nonetheless, this is a really big and ambitious piece that you painted here and I like many parts! Keep on happy painting!

thank you very much for your words and I agree absolutely with everything you said. It's a very difficult piece and I think I did not manage to make everything work together. I agree too about the OSLs, but I have to say that there were some instructions for the painjob that I could not avoid/change and I did not resolve them properly (painting wise) Again thanks for the feedback :-)
