This bust has been painted over the weekend during a workshop given by Krzysztof Kobalczyk in Switzerland.
It was a lovely experiment, trying to match the workflow and techniques used by him, and focusing on giving variety in the skintones. I've decided to keep him a tiny bit rough, as I feel like it match the feeling of the miniature and it gave him the expression I wanted him to have.
Best.

Lovely study with a colorful outcome! My favourite part is his left chest and belly where the purple slowly turns into warm yellowish hiighlights. Really cool! Keep on happy painting!
