“The Wall”. Diorama in 1/72. Building, wall, palm tree, groundwork are scratched. Figures are from different brands.
October 13th 1943, Italy declared war against Germany. Suddenly the German troops are enemies instead of allies. The crowd don’t look so friendly any more to the exhausted German soldiers that are arriving in the area.
All over the ground there are flyers about the declaration that the citizens reads this day. Does the big guy in black look like he has delivered the flyers?
I have worked with this diorama back and forth for a long time, I am glad to finally have reached the end.
This is totally crazy for 1:72. Amazing work and level of detail. Unfortanetely your photos are very blurry on some parts, that is sad. Well done! Keep on happy painting!

Thanks Roman! Well, when I take photographs of my 1/72 work I am used to zoom a lot but still hold the camera away from the object. In 1/72 the object is looking a bit better if pictures are a little blurry. If you do a close up picture of a face in 1/72 it would look like an alien compared to a nice looking 1/35. I will take less blurry pictures next time, as my skills become a little better in this scale.
