Haven’t painted many Orks before so this one was a real blast playing with the green skin tone.
As usual, thanks for looking, C&C welcome.

For your first Orc this one looks lovely. I like the many details like patterns on the pearl, the scar, the ears and lips. Lovely! Keep on happy painting!

World of Warcraft vibes from this one! He shouts for the horde! One thing I really like is how "simple" everything feels. It is not overdone and not over-painted. - like the hair and the beads and tusks, they all look good and the skin is great!

Thanks, and yes I got massive Warcraft vibes off him as well so glad it’s not just me! And yes, the focus was very much on just rendering each of the materials well rather than trying a complex light scheme or anything so I’m glad that’s come across :)

I agree with the others - very WoW style on it. Good job! My C&C is simple: keep painting. He's great. I like him. The beard and lips in particular seem a bit incomplete however. Pump up the beard highlights with another step or two down with the swipe-swipe brush strokes to maintain beardiness. Smooth out the lips a little more. Nothing I've suggested is out of range of what you can do - your work is awesome. So more of it would be even better :)

Hello, thanks!! And yes I totally agree, they were the two bits im least happy about reflecting on the piece, especially the beard. I tried to keep it subtle to not overshadow the gold but it is too flat and needs the volumes bringing out more. Thanks so much for your kind words!
