My main entry for the recent Golden Demon. Two Cerastus Knight Lancers belonging to House Malinax marching across a desert wasteland. The models are from Adeptus Titanicus so everything is really tiny, about 1:267 in scale.

Making this piece was both fun, challenging and nerve-wracking. I did a lot of weathering with oil paints and I think it came out pretty cool. This was my first ever GD (or any big painting comp for that matter) and I really tried to do the best I could and while I know there are many areas of improvement I am still happy about the result.

The piece got awarded a finalist pin in the small scale category wich I am grateful for. If you have any questions or opinions please feel free to ask in the comments. Sadly this was very hard to photograph with all the different elements pointing in different directions, but this is the best I could do.<br />
