A few words about the model: it's a combat Titan of the King's Empire from The Other Side. The task was to paint something using either Non-Metallic Metal (NMM) or True Metallic Metal (TMM) technique, and also add a heated metal effect. A huge robot powered by diesel and soulstones, equipped with a powerful laser - it couldn't be a better miniature for the competition. I printed the laser beam and spider robot (as well as smoke from the pipes) on a printer and made some adjustments by adding an explosion. In this work, I really like how the Object Source Lighting (OSL) turned out. Gradually, I'm improving my understanding of working with light and reflections.
