Completed Swara from Ignis Arts Miniatures as a surprise piece for Crimson Brush 2023. Was drawn to this bust after seeing the box art completed by Lan Studios. It was incredible.

I immediately thought to paint Swara the complete opposite in a cool blue firey tone and incorporated greens, oranges and yellows. I really enjoyed the skin tone as well which incorporated flesh tones plus different shades of blue, orange and yellow.

I was particularly happy with the OSL on her left arm which works with the flames in her hand as well and blue/orange shading on her left hand side.

I was lucky enough to win a bronze medal with this painting at the Crimson Brush show recently and it will sit pride and place at home for now!
