Here’s a little goblin I painted in a cabin in the woods with my friend Josh. We each painted this same bust over three days. I had Christmas on the brain, which you can perhaps see in the color choices. Hope you’re not on the naughty list!

Taking a look at your stuff, I’d say you could use contrasting color temperature to boost the punch on the tones you’re using. Try putting some real cool colors into your work to push those yellows and reds forward.
