Night Creatures
The final on my catchup as I've not updated here in some time. More recent, but none the less.
I started simple. I just wanted to paint beast eyes, wolf eyes to be precise, on a human face. A challenge as these were quite round, so I've worked to elongate and flatten them to more almond with paint. And from there, ideas grow and blossom into... Whatever this is now. A bit aloof and detached, somewhat reminds me of a movie poster even. But I like it and more importantly, I had fun on this short project.
I've always been a night creature, despite my hobbies and professional life often insisting otherwise. I get up and bird with dawn, but often compensate by napping away the afternoons. I am a night creature, and this is not news for anyone whose known me, particularly before my career (not that many of those are left thankfully). So I mean, these night eyes would be handy. But I wasn't done with the eyes, and wanted to mount it over an echo of the reflections I went to paint.

Hey Kyle, I rewatched your works and I have to say that all of your works are really creative. Thanks for sharing it!Kyle Maitland
Thanks Marius, I try to play to my strengths and I am glad I can bring something interesting into the fold.Flo « FFF » Rochet
Once again this is full of creativity, poetry and a bit of risk! Congrats!Kyle Maitland
Risk is critical. If we take no risks, we never fail. If we never fail, we never learn. But it is that chance of failure that also let's us get the big rewards. Safe project will at best be 'good', but it will show and lack impact.Jakob VPLUS
Brilliant mate! Love itKyle Maitland
I'd say you are biased, but well. :P
