A lot of things going on! Really like it. Great base, lovely colors. A lot of visual information in terms of contrast and texture. It is hard for the eye to properly find a focus on anything. This is the only thing that stops m from voting gold. The texture is greatly painted and also the full scene has high contrast. Wonderful. It just has no balance of these things. I would love to see my eyes being drawn to the figures face, but it is not happening. Maybe less texture and contrast in areas that are not so important would help to focus better on this piece! Still it is lovely and a silver vote is a high vote from me! Well done!
