My version of 'Offline' from Pedro Fernandez Works. One of my favourite busts and a compelling backstory from the creators provided inspiration and guidance ( https://pedrofernandezworks.blogspot.com/2019/11/offline.html ). I took the opportunity here to attempt structured fabric textures and had fun coming up with ways to paint the houndstooth tweed.
Thankyou Kara! - Yes but I think its the operator to blame - I am not a photographer - only a phone but an iphone 11 shooting RAW so potentially shouldn't have been too bad - just something I need to improve on

The textures and lighting are awesome. And to paint houndstooth as a pattern must have taken a while especially with all the color variations in the shading.

Very pretty and quite realistic. So many painters go for super bright everywhere, but you've done just enough highlights. The pattern work is fantastic and I love your treatment of her hair!! GOLD
