Epic. Truly epic. Congrats to you and the collection of other artist who helped bring this to life. It’s a monumental piece. I love the composition with the triangle of the bridge and leading lines. I love the bright color use on the little toddler survivor. I’d give it higher then gold if possible.
Thanks a lot for your words, Chris. Yes, without the community that did sent over Zombies this would not have been created. I am happy that also the compostion aspects make so much sense! Gracie!
Dang. Perfection. So glad to see this finished. So much to study. That perfect emotion. Actually had doubts you could pull this off! Just wonderful. For sure an editor’s choice from me.
This is positively phenomenal. Is it a record in the hobby for most figures in a single diorama? The entire scene feels extremely complete and a bit exhausting <3
Thank you! Well, I do not know about records. I know my own records and I created another diorama with 127 miniatures some years back. In my eyes such numbers are crazy too, but I saw no other way to show and transport this desperate feeling of the survivors without such a big horde. I am exhausted too, yes :D
this is some great work i love what you have done here love that you got so many people involved this is what the hobby is about bring people together to make it better for everyone well done sir
keep up the great work love seeing big diorama cant wait to see the next
much love
martin
Thanks a lot, Martin. Yes, without this great help of the community this would have been a diorama with only 70 Zombies. The great help here really motivated me to finish it like this! Happy you like it!
This is a scene worthy of the big Hollywood studios. What dynamism in this breathtaking ensemble, and what patience it took to create such a piece. The decor is grandiose, and I imagine the time it took you to stick all these characters one by one.
Great Gold, of course !
Thank you, Eric. I really appreciate your feedback. Happy that you like the composition as a lot of thinking went into it. It was mainly patience and superglue to bring them all to this base :D
I can not blaim you, he could be in there, but to be honest, he is not!
Thank you very much for your kind compliment! Happy that you like and enjoy it!
Sure I can explain why I did two uploads of the same object. On one hand it does not matter, but it matters somehow as you mentioned it. I did these two uploads as the diorama is so huge and has many details to see. The effect on miniatures photographed on bright or dark backdrop is different. I wanted to show both version with the maximum number of photos. Unfortanetely the site is limited to 16 photos per upload only. This is why I made two uploads of the same object.
The site allows 16 photos per project and not to repeat projects, without more, it will be up to you to select the best photographs. If you want everyone to see more photos, tell them to go to Fbook or Instagram, or even the link to a video. It doesn't seem right to me, if we all did the same..., not because of the size but because of the color of the background, different lights.... Etc... I'm not close to your score but I'm sure that that are around has made them very funny....
Thank you, David. I see. Not the photos, but the 'double score' is the issue and problem here. I do not want to create envy or anger with showing this project with too many photos. It is my fault. I will contact the administrators and ask them, if they could deactivate the score of one of them. Do you think this would avoid these bad emotions?
Unfortanetely it is not possible at the moment. In a future Version of P&P it might be. I promise you I will deactive the score of this double project as soon as possible.
So far, I recieved this question two times, which is an ok rate concerning the number of users on this page. I hope that others who see an issue with it will raise their voice too. Thank you, David.
Alter... da hört man ewig nichts davon und dann haust Du so ein Ding raus. Absolut genial! Hat was von "The last light". Ich bin total begeistert!
Jetzt muss ich erst mal meinen kleinen Zombie suchen. ;)
