Here is a little oni bust from Hera that I did for my friend Will Hahn. Will’s a great painter, a great person, and a great member of our international miniature community. I’m glad to know this grumpy blue demon will stand vigilant watch over Will, keeping him away from power tools, crackle paint, and other poor decisions.
Rhett I’m still totally blown away by this. This gift was such a pleasant surprise today, and I absolutely love it. Right up my alley with subject matter and palette, and I have to say to anyone else reading this, it is a surprisingly small mini with a fantastic paint job that really shines when held in-hand. I’m proud to have him on my shelf, to be part of this community, and to have you as a treasured friend. Anytime I even think of using a router for plinth making I will look at him, and know your disapproval at the decision
