Welcome:! I made this one a little while ago and had a great time painting it. You have a good beginning, a few things to improve :
-Thin down your paint, it is essential to avoid loosing the sculpt's details and having a "plastic" feel
-Look for tutorials for painting skin, you'll easily find color mixes indication to start working your own and adding more nuances to you works.
-Same goes for the eyes, it is essential to add more details at this scale to make it look convincing
-Metals needs to be lightened and shadowed too, mixing with blue/brown/black inks is a good way to darken, and mixing with lighter metal paints for lighting. Black inks washes help define the edges of metal parts and add contrast.
Voted props for now, keep on having fun and posting your works!
Muchas gracias Pierre, por tus sugerencias , este mundo del modelismo es apasionante y hermoso, estaba trabajando con esmaltes, pero es más complicado, y ahora cambie todas mis pinturas a acrílicos Vallejo.
