Hi Peter, this looks good and I can see you are improving so well done. You mentioned that you are not confident with glazing so let me offer you some advice. At this scale you can get away with quite a heavy glaze, so what I like to do when glazing between the midtone and the highlight is to use the highlight colour mixed 50/50 with water on my wet pallet. Then I start my brush stroke in the midtone and end it inside the highlight. That way you should get a noticeable improvement to the colour transition without risking a mark at the end of the brush stroke because the colour of the glaze is the same and where you end the brush stroke. I hope that helps and remember to always touch your brush to a paper towel before applying the glaze so you don't flood the area you are glazing. Happy painting!
