Tartar Miniatures
Sculptor Oleg Pogosyan
Followed some precious help, I revisited the shadows on the armour, took some new photos with black screen, different light and camera settings. Now it seems much more similar to the reality, but still difficult to capture the TMM.
Critiques and comments are super welcome. Exceptional model, great cast with minimal moulding lines to remove.
Technically the colours and the coats of arms is inspired by an Italian Antique Roman Family named Borghese.
Happy Painting

Thanks for the critique about the desaturated color, the old photo was bad, I tried using indirect light and it went bad.. :)Philippe

Congrat's for this work. I don't like so much the red/black, and regret that the hands are not totally assembled. Weathering and metals are well done. Shield is awesome !Davide De Angelis (CtrlAltCancMinis)
Thank you! And many thanks for the critiques. I tested the arms position many times, and at the end it didn't fit completely. I have chosen a dark red with hight contrast because there is a lot of armour and very small amount of color. But I see your point. :)Fabien DOUGNIER
