'Australian Koalas', <br />

Since several weeks my heart is in pain due the tragic reports on how the enormous wildfires in Australia impact wildlife, homes, nature and humans alike. While donating what I can here and there myself I still felt the urge that this is not enough and I want to paint something with my emotions. I did with this piece.

    Beautiful painting despite the terrible and tragic subject. Kudos for supporting such a good cause. It's distressing to come across injured or displaced wildlife and have no idea how to help but WIRES volunteers are always available here in Aus to give advice or collect animals for veterinary treatment and rehabilitation.
