The latest bust ready for Crystal Dragon early next year is Goneya from Alternity Miniatures. It was one of those projects where you start with a clear idea in your head and by the finish line many things have changed. I had planned to have some bright yellow elements in a few places just to set off the blue but found that the orange under light was doing enough of that for me.

Another potential decision that could be reconsidered in the future is my choice of using a deep orange sidelight to go with the blues in this piece. I think it potentially could have looked better if the side-light was more of a red than an orange but I wanted to give it the feeling of being inside in a forge or some sort of really hot and heated environment. Always learning always learning.
