This is a piece by Romain Van den Bogaert and represents a girl from the 19th century. It is a very peculiar piece because she doesn't look very feminine and has very very strong features.
Nevertheless, I wanted to give it a try and really enjoyed painting it. As per usual, I used acrylics and oils and tried some watercolor pencil for the eyebrows and the subtle makeup around the eyes.
