This is the 2001 model kit of the ''Arco Flagellant'' from the large scale miniature game 'Inquisitor', by Games Workshop.
I painted with Vallejo acrylics. I wanted to give his electrical flails a pulsing effect with a glow coming off. I am still learning lots about OSL, but I am slowly getting there.
