Very skillfull painting technique with good blends and I like the face. I have some problems with the NMM so I hope you don't mind a little critique. Every bright patch in the NMM represents a different light source and they need to remain consistent throughout the different surfaces of the model. So on some surfaces it is turning light dark many times suggesting a large number of lights but on other surfaces this is not the case and they seem to have just one light source. An interior environment could have many light sources but they still need to be consistently represented throughout. I hope that helps explain my vote. I like your painting and wish you the best :)
Thanks for the feedback) I tried to take into account the difference of light sources on different surfaces, but I lack experience and I have something to strive for)
