This is one of my all time favourite pieces and I wanted to paint him as well as I could but also as closely as the original image that clearly was the reference for the sculpt. I hope I pulled it off!
What a piece the way you copied the illustration.. You nailed it. My favorite parts are the shield design. Also that glistening armor is incredibly authentuc.
