He is one of the chosen from the Abyssal God, and once Akk had a vision of the god himself, he decided to cut his eyes as a tribute to him. He did not want to see anything else after it, so that image was impressed in his mind for all the life.
As a prize for him, the Abyssal God decided to give him a Driku, a small minion created with the sea magic. The small three-headed creature will guide Akk in the search of the six Semi-gods.
