Naia from Mirico
painted
by
Scott Palmer
This is my second bust and I had an absolute blast painting it. I've tried to create an underwater feel using a limited palette and being very selective with what colours I used.
The plinth is hand made from driftwood.
Painted using Jo Sonja artist's acrylics and Daler Rowney FW inks.
Carlo
I link che color palette and the green shadows of the fish, however I think you can improve the skin lights, for instance., the lights of the face look a bit as if she is wearing a sort of contorning mask
Herman aka Glitterwolf
Very cool
