I was very inspired when I first time seen Olivier Bouchet’s gnome as a for sale green. I didn’t have the opportunity to buy it, but later Tim Daniel Yonker from Ouroboros Miniatures did it and I could buy the figure in resin.
The idea was to build a closed post office, where our gnome arrived too late with his beer keg. So I can explain why he so angry is. Plus I added some supporting actors: the bubby pigeon and the aggressive squirrel, to perk up the situation.
To sculpt and paint the scene was really fun. I dedicate my work to my 5 month old son.
