So here is my giant experiment. I worked a lot with random blotches of paint and my first serious NMM piece.

I tried to carry the random blotches through the project as a motif representing storm and constant ebbing and reconstruction of its physical form.

Let me know what you do and don't like :)

      Thanks dude :D
  • Florian 'Butch'

Maybe the first Stormcast Eternal I like. The random blotches really capture a feeling of a storm.

This is amazing armour. Do you remember the colours you used for the red, and could you share them if you do? Kind regards.

Hi :) Thanks! I can't unfortunately - most of it was mixing of colours too. Orange plays an important role as well. When I did it, I watched this video series to try understand painting copper like colours: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLketYK5Evg Maybe that helps! Francesco Farabi recently did a similar colour - maybe he has some more colour specific info ^^
