1/35 SIG 33B
painted
by
John Tolcher
This is the Cyberhobby kit No.9123, with a Voyager detail set and Aber fenders. It is a German self-propelled gun used for infantry support, depicted as it would have been used during the Battle of Stalingrad. It has a winter camouflage white wash, much of which has been worn off.
The model was painted with Tamiya acrylics first, using AK Interactives chipping fluid to make the worn white wash. This was followed by oil paints and finally pigments secured with fixer.
