      hi! thanks for your vote ! I apperciate... concerning the lilies, I first make a point pattern using a small template according to the density of lilies I want to paint. Then I gradually build up the lilies with a dark colour (I paint with oils - I use burn umber ) the dilution is essential - no too thick or too fluid... (points into lines, lines into curves...) after drying, i can start adding colours to hihlight or shadow. then after complete drying, i can use either an airbrush or pastels .
