Here is my version of La Hire from Young Miniatures. Painting him was my own war of attrition... Armour... soooo much armour. With inspiration and commentary from the Bust@ FB group I went a little crazy trying to bring more colours, battle damage and dynamics into the armour. I even watched Joan of Arc: The Messenger! I have never done that before. Normally I make things up. In the movie his armour if very monotone whilst everyone else armour is very dynamic. So I took some creative license and made his armour more dynamic. Hopefully I have reflected the dynamic nature of battle worn armour.
