A great, if slightly weird, piece I picked up from Mr Lee's Minis, sculpted by Oleksandr Bilibov, with a slight conversion to add the strap and gurney. I thought I'd use lots of textures and some contrast between matte and gloss surfaces, which have worked out pretty well, I think.
