He was a delight to paint and I learnt a lot from this miniature about how free you can be with your colour interpretations.

      That meas a lot coming from you Roman, thank you. I am struggling with photography I am using the massivevoodoo tutorials I have a nikon DSLR 3100. I am still getting harsh shadows. Any suggestions?

    Mmh. Would suggest more light then. From too front and too sides. Place a white paper in front of the model that angles to the object and throws/bounces back light from below ...
