About
Hello,
My Name is Paolo Fabiani and i’m a sculptor.
Born in 1976 I’m Pisano of adoption Fiorentina, after the studies at the “University of archietettura” in Florence”, I began my journey into the world of passion for sculpture, and a simple hobby has since turned into a full-time job.
At first this passion and my academic background led me to work in the field of architectural models, which realized for studies and for individuals customer.
In 2003 I set up the 3Evan studio, a workshop focused on the realization of Art-Toys and miniatures designed for the world of games and collecting. As part of this project I will begin to follow the first commissioned work and to devote to personal projects.
In these years I have pursued my career path in the world of sculpture, concentrating especially in ludic, working for board games, role-playing and war games for companies such as: Soda Pop Miniatures: “Relic Knight”; Antimatter Games: “ShadowSea” - “Deepwars”; PREDASTORE; Shiewolf Miniatures: “War is Coming”, Miniatures Studio: “Z-Clipz”; Mecgalith games “God Slayer”; AD Games “Harder Than Steel” and many others.
Some companies have also taken care of the graphics, creating concepts for DUST games and Oddity with “Machine Feud” series.
One of the most popular works and that has given me visibility on the international scene is designed for a well-known French firm, “Ammon Miniatues” - ...- ... for “OMG” series:
In my work the synergy between academic training and personal passion is a key aspect. After the initial years as an autodidact I attended courses at the Florence Academy of fine art in Florence. The sources of inspiration are countless, from literature to cinema, from video games to comic books, from classical to contemporary art forms. All this has contributed greatly to my work allowing me to pass so that a type of entity to another and to confront diverse universes. What distinguishes my work is the flexibility to move from one genre to another. In this way one does not get bored!
Thanks and Best Regards
