Lauren Fahey has a background in Art History and Medieval/Renaissance Studies, and was originally able to pursue her interest in the intersection of art, history, and science at the Field Museum in Chicago doing object conservation for the anthropological artifacts in their collections. Lauren continues to use her training and detail-oriented talents to work as a freelance artist currently specializing in painted miniatures for hobby gaming and display. She takes inspiration for her art from history, nature, and her favorite parts of nerd culture.
