This is truely a step further in your painting skills and style. The part I like the most is the face, even it lacks in natural skintone variety. The beard/hair itself would look better with increased definition. The metals are in my eyes really plain and i miss contrast in both, silver and gold, not in the details, but on the surfaces. I like the sword hilt. I would wish for a little bit more delicate texture on the black leather belts. I personally think that your next step in painting should be thinking about athmosphere.
Right now you have painted this part red, this part skintone, this part metal, this part green and overall all of them together do not work very good as they are not connected to eachother. It looks a little bit like Lego, if you got what I mean. There is no offence in my honest feedback and always remember it is just my feedback and my thoughts.
To connect colors in athmosphere I recommend - in this special case - watch the movie "Kingdom of Heaven". Have a look on Saladin, pause and check for athmospheric colors in the shadowtones and the highlighttones. Those who are mixed in by nature to create the athmosphere.
Again, no offence. The face and the eyes are the best you so far painted! Keep it up!
