Bust from Romain van der Bogaert "THE INNSMOUTH FISHERMAN".
Based on novels by H.P.Lovecraft. If you remember, people that worshiped to Dagon became converting to Deep ones, and became to look like fishes.
Done in oils. On his pullover I used kind of impasto technique to add some small texture and feeling of fabrics :)
